Jostens Renaissance Events
Jostens Renaissance hosts an annual multi-day conference bringing together 2,000+ students
and educators to celebrate, collaborate, and develop strategies for improving school culture.
For the 2025 event, I partnered with a senior art director to develop and pitch initial creative concepts, exploring visual directions that captured the energy and connection at the heart of the experience.
The selected concept centered on interconnecting shapes - representing the dynamic relationships between students and teachers within each school - paired with directional arrows
to convey forward motion and progress.
Once the concept was approved, I led the creative execution, owning the rollout of the visual identity across event signage and pre-event marketing materials. I ensured consistency and cohesion across touchpoints, helping bring the experience to life from initial promotion through on-site delivery.

Schedule of Events
The schedule of events serves as the primary resource for guests to plan and navigate the multi-day experience. Given the volume and complexity of information, it is one of the most demanding deliverables for this event.
This year, I approached the project in defined phases, maintaining consistent communication with marketing partners to identify and gather outstanding details.
This structured process significantly improved efficiency compared to previous years.
As a result, the project progressed more smoothly and allowed for a more elevated design approach, pushing beyond the visual conventions we had relied on in the past.
